The Children's Group - Be You - For Those Who Have Experienced Bullying

The Children's Group is a 6 week therapeutic programme that is designed to help children better manage and understand their worries and concerns in creative ways. 


The Be You programme is designed to help those who have experienced bullying and aims to rebuild confidence, boost self esteem, learn new techniques to manage difficult situations and to learn to accept ourselves for the unique individuals we are.

Group Supervision for Trainee and Newly Qualified Counsellors

Group Supervision will take place on the first Monday of each month and is designed to help and support those who are just starting their counselling journey.


Limited to 4 people each month. Booking is essential.  Please get in touch to book your place.

Understanding and responding to neurological sensitivities.


Aim: To be able to explain the impact trauma has on our brain development and how this affects our relationships with others. Delivered by Dr Emma Black (CPsycol), Applied Educational Psychologist.


The cost of this workshop is £25
